Q. Can I receive captured screenshots through emails?
No, you will have to log in and check the screenshots on Neox Keylogger itself.
This is because, the screenshots can make your emails heavy.
Q. What if I lost my emails with logs and I want to see them?
The log files are saved in encrypted formats inside the program folder (unless
you have changed the location). The log files have dates as their file name.
This will help you to locate required log files and choose to view it by the
date you want.
Q. What is the playback feature?
The unique Playback feature is only available in Neox Keylogger. It will play
the screen shots, captured keystrokes, websites visited, in original order so
that you can figure out the right order of the captured log.
For example, if a captured keystroke is “home”, the Playback will display the
word, letter by letter, starting from “H” to “o”, “m”, and “e, as the User
originally typed it. Please note that this is not the video capture, but a
simple Playback option.
